BRICS Summit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Brasilia from Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday, following the BRICS Summit, where he was greeted with Shiva Tandava Stotra and Indian traditional dance. Prime Minister Modi is on a visit to Brazil from July 6 to 9 to attend the 17th BRICS conference.
The BRICS summit will primarily focus on peace and global security, artificial intelligence, climate change and green energy, global health cooperation, and economic and financial stability, which includes global health collaboration. The Prime Minister will discuss these issues with the other BRICS leaders. PM Modi will also conduct bilateral meetings with Brazilian President Lula da Silva today on a variety of topics, including trade, defence, energy, space, technology, agriculture, and healthcare. So far, PM Modi has been to Ghana, Trinidad & Tobago, and Argentina. Following his tour of Brazil, he plans to visit Namibia.
