IPO News: Air conditioning systems supplier EPACK Durables has opened its initial public offering (IPO) for subscriptions from today. The book build issue has been proposed for listing on the BSE and NSE, and the company’s shares are also available in the grey market. According to reports, EPACK Durable shares are trading at a premium of Rs 33 in the grey market today. On the first day of bidding, the public issue was subscribed 0.54 times, while the retail portion was subscribed 0.91 times and the NII portion was subscribed 0.38.
The book build issue opened today and will be available to subscribers until January 23rd, 2024. The company has set the price band for the public offering at Rs 218 to Rs 230 per equity share. The company aims to raise Rs 640.05 crore, with Rs 400 crore coming from the issuance of new shares. The remaining Rs 240.05 crore is earmarked for the OFS route. The public issue is proposed for listing on the BSE and NSE, while the mainboard issue is most likely to be listed on January 29, 2024.
