He believes that getting fit requires 70% diet and 30% exercise. His daily practice starts with a purifying green smoothie made with spinach, banana, almonds, superfoods, and a bit of salt. Chris Hemsworth Workout Routine

Chris Hemsworth follows a strict physical training regimen, working out five to six days each week for 45-60 minutes. He works certain muscle groups every day with exercises including bench presses, deadlifts, squats, lunges, and dumbbell flys, doing five to six sets of 8-12 repetitions each. In addition to weight training, he emphasizes stamina and agility through functional training, high-intensity interval training, and cardio activities such as jogging and surfing. Chris also prioritizes active recuperation techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, stretching, yoga, and cold treatment, which includes sauna sessions and cold baths.
