Corona Cases Increasing

H3N2 Influenza

The government of Delhi has issued an advisory urging people, particularly children and the elderly, to take extra precautions and practice Covid-appropriate behavior. At least nine people have died across the country as a result of the H3N2 influenza virus, the most recent being a 73-year-old man in Maharashtra’s Pune. The country’s first case of H3N2 influenza was reported when an 82-year-old man died in Karnataka’s Hassan district. Between January 2 and March 5, 451 cases of H3N2 were reported in the country, according to data shared by the Union health ministry.
