Delhi Earthquake: An earthquake of 3.2 magnitude hit the Delhi-NCR region around 6:00 AM. The epicenter of the quake was Faridabad, Haryana, 5 km below the surface, with impacts felt across the NCR regions. Fortunately, no loss of life or property was reported as the earthquake was of mild intensity.
However, seismologists are associating the quakes in Delhi-NCR, Rohtak, and Jhajjar with underground geological fault lines. They warn that it could be a sign of increasing tectonic stress.
