Good news: KGF 3 to go on floor before Salaar 2 for director Prashanth Neel, deets inside

Fans of superstar Yash are dying to watch him reprise his thunderous performance in the third installment of KGF. KGF 2 ended giving a subtle hint for the 3rd part to be on the cards. After the 'Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire' teaser was released, there was an upsurge in demand and a flurry of questions for director Prashanth Neel. These questions include the eagerly anticipated release of KGF part 3, a preview of which was released on the first anniversary of KGF: Chapter 2. This occurrence has significantly raised curiosity about when Prashanth Neel will start writing "KGF chapter 3." And now, reportedly the director intends to start production on the movie soon, before Salaar 2's filming can begin.

KGF 3 before Salaar 2?

A report in Mid-Day stated that the audience might get a hint about KGF 3 in 'Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire' and that the director would start the production soon. A source close to the project told the publication that  "Prashanth Neel to start working on KGF chapter 3 soon before he will start shooting for Salaar 2. The director will soon start giving time to KGF Chapter 3 and will take the film on the floors soon." 

KGF universe

Going by the reports, the makers of KGF are aiming for a KGF Universe, which clearly has the potential to become one of the biggest franchises in the entertainment industry. And if this is true, then there is an extreme possibility that one can find hints or even connections of KGF in Salaar. Although no official date or statement has been offered by the director or makers of the film, the third installment may go on the floor by 2024.
