Government Job News: PM Narendra Modi has given a strict order to keep a close eye on the performance of government employees. The PM mentioned Fundamental Rule 56J in a meeting with the Central Ministers and MPs, under which if a government employee is not working for the benefit of the public, then he can be given a mandatory retirement. For this, the central government is given a three-month notice or equal salary.
According to the government, this rule applies to those employees who are 55 years or older. Apart from this, it applies to those who have completed their service for 30 years. So far, more than 500 officials have been retired under this rule. Apart from this, PM Modi said that government employees should quickly solve the problems of the public. He has also instructed the ministers and MPs to solve public complaints every week.
