Gujarat News: Bridge Connecting Anand-Vadodara Collapses, Several Injured

Gujarat News: A major bridge collapse has been reported in Gujarat amid heavy rains.  On Wednesday morning, the bridge linking Anand and Vadodara collapsed, sending many automobiles into the river.

3 Dead, Many Injured

The police arrived at the scene as soon as they were informed of the bridge collapse. According to the source, 4-5 vehicles on the bridge were washed into the river. This disaster killed three people and left several others severely injured. Previously, the death toll was at two, but Gujarat government minister Rishikesh Patel says it has now risen to three.
