Gurgaon Employee Alleges ‘Staircase Punishment’ By His Manager For Not Achieving Daily Target; CEO Denies

Corporate Culture:  Throwing light on the high-pressure world of the corporate offices, a young worker of 24 years of age named Piyush Kumar has alleged that his former company, Hike Education, has repeatedly harassed him mentally and physically. 

In a video and a note shared by Kumar on LinkedIn, she claims that his senior manager, Ruchi Parasha, humiliated him publicly for not meeting his daily target by asking him to take 50 rounds of the staircase while holding his ears.

Despite the video proof of the same shared by Kumar, the CEO of Hike Education, Rahul Sharma has denied all those allegations in an interview.
