Weight Transformation 

A few days ago in an interview, Shweta said that after her second delivery, she gained a lot of weight and was weighing  73 kg. She said, 'When I got the show Hum Tum and Them, Makers wanted me to lose weight. When I started to work out, it turned out that my shoulders started to ache. I was told that now I will never be able to lift weight in my life. My shoulders got jammed while doing ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’. I was disappointed. Then my daughter Palak came with me. '

Shweta further said that “Palak gave me the courage that you cannot give up like this, I started weight training. She advised me to hire a good trainer and it worked. I started feeling good.” Shweta has been raving on social media with her hot pictures for the last few days. Everyone was stunned to see her fab look. Some fans even started asking Shweta the secret of her toned body, from which she has now lifted the curtain.
