India Boycotts Turkey and Azerbaijan Over Supporting Pakistan

Boycott Turkey:  From Indian traders to ordinary citizens, all have decided to collectively boycott Turkey and Azerbaijan after the two countries picked sides with Pakistan in the aftermath of Operation Sindoor. 

Notably, 12% of Turkey’s economy depends on tourism, and India was one of their biggest Asian audiences. However, the country’s decision to sell drones to Pakistan’s defence service, through which they targeted Indian military bases in Jammu and Kashmir, has stirred a hashtag movement where Indians are saying no to Turkey for trade and travel.

Ease My Trip, an Indian travel company, also released a statement boycotting Turkey by removing it from their packages.
