About Jaat 

Jaat is an action-thriller set in a fictional town with injustice and violence at its peak. A beastily human Rana Tunga terrorises the locals of the town until a stranger called Jaat comes across their struggles. Jaat then assumes the responsibility of freeing the villagers from the terror of Tunga by fighting him with his men.

Apart from Sunny Deol, Jaat stars Randeep Hooda as the deadly villain. Hooda’s performance as the antagonist has been well-received with people lauding the enemy arch between Deol and Hooda.

The cast also includes Regina Cassandra, Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, Swaroop Gosh, Jagapathi Babu, and Ramya Krishnan. 

The film is helmed by Gopichand Malineni, marking the first-ever collaboration between Deol and Malineni. Bankrolling the film is TG Vishwa Prasad, Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar under the banner of  Mythri Movie Makers, People Media Factory, and Zee Studios.
