Jharkhand News: Four villagers were killed while attempting to illegally harvest coal at the CCL Karma Project in Jharkhand’s Ramgarh district, and six were severely injured. The incident occurred in the Karma section of the district in the early hours. As soon as the incident was reported, relief and rescue operations began at the site. According to the police investigation, some villages participated in illegal coal mining.
Illegal Coal Excavation in Jharkhand
CCL was excavating coal for the Karma project. On Saturday morning, residents arrived to extract coal when the mine unexpectedly caved in, killing four people. Six villagers have been heavily injured. The injured have been sent to a hospital for treatment. According to reports, two of the injured are in critical condition.
