Kangana Ranaut on dark side of Bollywood as Priyanka Chopra speaks why she chose Hollywood

Kangana Ranaut has come in support of Bollywood/Hollywood actress Priyanka Chopra as she unveils how the bad politics of Bollywood made her choose the career in Hollywood. Priyanka Chopra the self made women of Bollywood one fine day chose to settle down in the US permanently picking to build a career in Hollywood. The reason why is quite obvious. yet,the actress never spoke about it. Well, she finally did.

During a recent conversation, Priyanka discussed her early years and the culture shock she had upon arriving in the US after making up her mind to settle here following the release of her first music video ‘In My City’. Priyanka Chopra has stated in a new podcast that she decided to move her base and career to the US because she was sick of the politics in the Hindi film industry, contrary to what many people had felt was her natural development after dominating Bollywood.

Priyanka Chopra on bad politics in Bollywood

Priyanka Chopra was clearly cornered in Bollywood at some point of time and this was extensively covered in media reports as well. In a conversation with Dax Shepard on the podcast Armchair Expert, the actress shared the reason behind her working in Hollywood and said ““I was being pushed into a corner in the industry (Bollywood). I had people not casting me, I had beef with people, I am not good at playing that game so I kind of was tired of the politics and I said I needed a break."

Priyanka further stated that the music opportunity gave her a new hope to try her luck in other part of the world. She also discussed all the approaches she used when she immigrated to the US at the age of 12 to try to blend in with everyone.

Kangana Ranaut who has been verbal about the dark side of Bollywood quite lately also chose to speak up in favor of Priyanka Chopra. Kangana went on to write “Media wrote extensively about her fall out with Karan Johar because of her friendship with SRK and movie mafia Cruella who is always looking for vulnerable outsiders saw a perfect punching bag in PC and went all out in harassing her to a point where she had to leave India.”

The queen actress didn’t stop here she continued saying “This obnoxious, jealous, mean and toxic person should be held accountable for ruining the culture and environment of film industry which was never hostile to outsiders in the days of AB or SRK.His gang and mafia PR should be raided and held accountable for harassing outsiders.”

For the unversed both Kangana and Priyanka have worked in the superhit film Fashion. And while Kagana always targets Bollywood and nepo kids, she is  known to share a good bond with Priyanka Chopra despite not being so close.
