International Yoga Day 2021: Bollywood actress Malaika Arora is a fitness model and inspiration for many people. Her workout routines and diet plans have helped the actress to look like a '20s in her 40’s. She has even dedicated her social media account to share workout and exercise videos helping her fans and followers to get motivated. Recently, the actress has invited all her fans and followers to join her live on International Yoga Day i.e on June 21, Monday. She will be having a live Yoga session and will also share some tips and fitness ideas.

Talking about Malaika’s Workfront, she recently judged the dancing reality show Super Dancer chapter four.  She filled in for Shilpa Shetty for a while as the latter was on break due to Covid-19. Malaika also did a special appearance in The Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives, Netflix original series.
