Weekend OTT Releases:  The first weekend of May 2025 is going to be an entertaining one for the OTT enthusiasts who look forward to the whole week with the only motivation to binge at the end of it. This weekend, Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming giants have a thrilling start with some exciting new shows and films set to stream from 2 May. 

Kull: The Legacy of the Raisingghs on JioHotstar

What will happen to a royal dysfunctional family when their tyrannical patriarch suddenly dies, leaving behind three members of his family thirsty for the royal throne? As the three try to win their way to the crown, they unearth the graves of long-lost family secrets. Who will be the next head? You will soon find out.

Costao on Zee5

A biographical crime drama film starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead role of Costao Fernandez, a customs officer in 1990s Goa. The film follows his life as a law-abiding officer, putting his personal and professional life at stake to expose a gold smuggling operation. 

Black, White & Gray: Love Kills on Sony Liv

Helmed by Pushkar Sunil Mahabal, the crime-thriller stars Mayur More and Palak Jaiswal in major roles. The six-episode series follows a foreign investigative journalist named Daniel Gary, investigating the four high-profile murders all linked to one man. 

Bad Boy On Netflix 

The Isaralli series Bad Boy is about a young boy, Dean, who is imprisoned in a cruel juvenile detention center. He later goes on to earn fame and recognition in the world of comedy. Inspired by real-life events, the series is created by Euphoria famed Ron Leshem. 

Sister Midnight on Tubi 

Starring Radhika Apte and directed by Karan Kandhari, Sister Midnight premiered at the Cannes Directors' Fortnight. The film is about a woman in an unhappy marriage as she realises a feral force. It is a satire on modern arranged marriages.
