At least 64 people have died and 117 have been injured in rain and flood-related accidents in Pakistan. 23 people, including 10 children, have lost their lives due to flash floods in the northwestern province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the worst-affected area. According to the news agency AFP, 21 people have died in Punjab province. Most of the people died due to the collapse of houses in the rain.
