Priyanka Chopra Shares Her Experience Of Casting Couch At The Age of 19

Entertainment: Global icon Priyanka Chopra recently opened about her experience of casting couch at the age of 19 leaving her feeling underconfident and in self-doubt. In an interview she opened about the time when a film director made an insensitive comment on her costume in the film after which she walked out of the film without compromising on her dignity. 

Chopra skipped on names and said that she overheard a director talking to the stylist about her costume saying, “people are going to come to the movie to watch her underwear, so ensure her clothes are short.” She shared this with her mother, and decided to walk out of the project where she was not respected as an artist.
