Rahul Gandhi Court Hearing: Congress MP to Appear in MP MLA Court Over Alleged Remarks on Indian Army

Rahul Gandhi Court Hearing: The hearing in the case of alleged remarks made by the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on the army is scheduled for today, July 15, at the MP MLA court. Rahul Gandhi has failed to appear in court five times in this matter. Today, he was summoned to court for the sixth time. In this case, former soldier Uday Shankar Srivastava filed a criminal charge against him for degrading the army’s image.

Rahul Gandhi Summoned at MP MLA Court

Uday Shankar stated that on December 9, 2022, there was a conflict between Indian and Chinese soldiers in Arunachal Pradesh. Following this, the Indian army and the Defence Minister issued an official statement in Parliament, claiming that the military fought bravely and pushed back the Chinese soldiers. However, on December 16, during the Bharat Jodo Yatra, Rahul Gandhi laughed and claimed that the Chinese army is beating Indian soldiers.
