The new Scram 411 is brought in as a more affordable version of the Himalayan ADV, which is one of the most popular adventure bikes in India. Vehicle manufacturer Royal Enfield, which makes performance bikes, is aggressively launching its products in an attempt to increase its market share in India and overseas markets as well. Royal Enfield Scram 411 (Royal Enfield Scram 411) motorcycle was launched in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 2.03 lakh. The price of the bike goes up to Rs 2.08 lakh (ex-showroom).

Scram 411 Performance

The Royal Enfield Scram comes with the same 411cc single-cylinder engine as the Himalayan. It also produces the same power and torque figures: 24.3PS at 6500rpm and 32Nm at 4250rpm, working in conjunction with a 5-speed transmission. The Royal Enfield Scram 411 is built on a half-duplex split cradle frame linked to a 41mm telescopic fork with 190mm travel (10mm less than the Himalayan) upfront, and a rear linked monoshock with 180mm wheel travel.

Suzuki V-Strom SX 250

Suzuki Motorcycle India had launched a brand new adventure tourer motorcycle V-Strom SX 250 in April. The company has entered the 250 cc sports adventure segment with this bike. Suzuki says that the new bike is efficient in every respect and can be taken for long distance and off-roading apart from daily use. The ex-showroom price of the new motorcycle has been kept at Rs 2.12 lakh. It is available in only 1 variant and 3 colours.

Suzuki V-Strom SX 250 Performance

The Suzuki V-Strom SX is powered by a 249cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 26.1 bhp and a torque of 22.2 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Suzuki V-Strom SX comes up with an anti-locking braking system. This V-Strom SX bike weighs 167 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres. The Suzuki Oil Cooling System (SOCS) heats up the engine quickly and helps it maintain the proper temperature. This also contributes to the light weight of the engine.
