Shraddha Waqar Murder Case: Live-in partner cut into 35 pieces in Delhi

The police of Mehrauli police station area of the country's capital Delhi has arrested a person, whose name is being told as Aftab, while explaining the case of a murder that happened about 6 months ago. According to the information, Aftab and Shraddha developed friendship while working in a center in Mumbai. Friendship gradually turned into love, after which both of them fled to Delhi after opposing the family. But this story ended with the murder.

Police gives information

According to police sources, Aftab kept 35 pieces of Shraddha's body in his house. For this, Aftab bought a new big fridge and kept the pieces of the dead body in the house for 18 days. At 2 o'clock in the night, he used to take the pieces of the body one by one in a plastic bag and throw it away. So far around 10 to 15 pieces of the dead body have been recovered.

The girl who has been murdered, earlier used to work in the call center of a multinational company in Mumbai. Murder accused Aftab Amin Poonawala had brought 26-year-old Shraddha Walker from Malad area of Mumbai to Delhi on the pretext of marriage. Vikas Madan Walker (59) lodged an FIR for the kidnapping of his daughter at Mehrauli police station in Delhi on 8 November.

35 pieces of carcass cut with a saw

After registering the case, the police started investigation and arrested Aftab. Aftab told that Shraddha often pressurized him to get married. There used to be a dispute between the two on this, so when there was a fight on May 18, he strangled Shraddha to death. Then the dead body was cut into 35 pieces with a saw and thrown at three different places. At present, the police team is engaged in finding the pieces of Shraddha's dead body on the basis of the statement of the accused.
