Sikandar Box Office Day 3: Salman Khan returned to the theaters with his much-anticipated Eid release Sikandar starring Rashmika Mandanna as his love interest. The audience has been looking forward to the fresh pairing of the two big names on the silver screen. The film was released on 30 March to a bag of mixed reviews and yet managed to perform decently well at the box office. The film made a business of Rs. 26 crore on its opening day, proving a disappointment given the popularity of Salman Khan. Take a look at the box office collection of Sikandar on day three now!

Sikandar Earns Rs. 75 Cr on Day 3

A.R. Murugadoss’s film is posed as a pan-Indian film attracting the fan base of both Khan and Mandanna and despite the immense popularity of the two the numbers do not match up to it. Sikandar earned Rs. 29 crores on Day 2 of the film release experiencing a 12% increase in the net collection on the first Monday.

The day three collection of Sikandar however experienced a dip of 32.76% on its first Tuesday. The film made a net collection of Rs. 19.5 crore on the third day three as per the industry tracker Sacnilk.  

Sikandar’s unexpected performance works in favor of Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava who remains on the throne of the biggest blockbuster of this year. 

Globally, Sikandar has managed to cross the Rs. 100 crore mark with a worldwide collection of Rs. 123.75 Crore.

Mumbai remained the region with the highest occupancy of moviegoers watching the film in theaters.
