Startup News: E-commerce giant Flipkart’s Co-Founder Binny Bansal is preparing to launch an AI-as-a-service firm operating on a global basis and serving customers around the world, marking his first entrance into this industry. Bansal, who co-founded the online retail behemoth Flipkart, which was later sold to Walmart, is said to have collected a team of 15 professionals for his new firm, the majority of whom are artificial intelligence experts. The startup is expected to begin operating in the second half of 2024.
According to sources, Bansal plans to swiftly grow the team in order to supply AI knowledge, products, and services to corporate clients, imitating the business model of renowned global companies like as Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys. It is also reported that the startup’s office will be located in Bengaluru, with headquarters will be located in Singapore, and it plans to expand in the US as well.
