This UP Police constable gives free education to thousands of poor children, meet the person running 38 schools

There are very few people who use their limited time and resources to improve society, but some such people also become an example for others. In Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh, a policeman is becoming an example for the people, which remains a topic of discussion on social media these days. In fact, police constable Vikas Kumar decided to teach the students free of cost since joining. His big decision has now become an object of applause in the society.

Who is the policeman

Vikas Kumar is a resident of Saharanpur district. He was appointed as a constable in UP Police in 2016. After the training of the police, Vikas Kumar was posted in Bijnor district. At present, Vikas is posted in Dial-112 of Mandawali police station of Bijnor. Gradually, 25-30 schools were started in Saharanpur of UP, five each in Bulandshahr and Bijnor. 

On Monday also, in Kishanpur, Bijnor, constable Vikas Kumar was seen teaching children in the black board. Vikas Kumar took up the task of teaching the children because there was no coaching center facility in his village. There was no study material. Due to poor economic conditions during his time, he made up his mind to teach poor children. He himself teaches every subject to the children.

Teaching children since 2012

Vikas Kumar has been teaching children since 2012. Later, in the year 2016, he joined the UP Police as a constable. Vikas Kumar says that education is the primary right of everyone. We believe in the right to basic education and their initiative provides after school support to students from class nursery to class 10th. Talking about his initiative Vikas says that I belong to a poor family. My father is a small farmer. When I was 18 years old, I started coaching the poor children of my village.
