Umesh Pal Murder Update: A major breakthrough has been discovered in the infamous Umesh Pal murder case in Prayagraj. Following the death of Umesh Pal, Atiq Ahmed called his brother Ashraf’s brother-in-law Saddam. Saddam, who was wanted with a reward of one lakh, was arrested by UP STF on September 28 in Malviya Nagar, Delhi. Umesh Pal and two government gunners were killed in the Raju Pal murder case on February 24. During his interrogation by police, Saddam disclosed several secrets about the major escape plan.

 

Saddam Helped Asad in Hiding From Police

According to reports, Atiq contacted Saddam after the murder and requested assistance for his son Asad. While imprisoned at Sabarmati, Atiq Ahmed spoke with Saddam using the FaceTime app. Atiq had requested that Saddam inform Asad where he might hide. Saddam responded by recounting his own escape from the police and promised that he would surely help when the arrangements to hide them were finalised. The police inquiry discovered details on Saddam’s iPhone, including the ID of his FaceTime app. With the assistance of the FaceTime app, a complex plan to murder Umesh Pal was planned.
