Weather Update: Heavy Rainfall in Delhi-NCR, IMD Issues Alert In Uttarakhand, And Other States

Weather Update:  Heavy rainfall braced Delhi-NCR in the early morning of Wednesday, with waterlogging and intense downpour disrupting traffic and commute. The India Meteorological Department has issued alerts for heavy to very heavy rainfall across North India with regions in southern India. 

Widespread rainfall is expected across Uttar Pradesh with lightning on 24 June. IMD has issued a red alert for heavy rainfall in parts of Uttarakhand's Kumaon region, specifically Nainital, Champawat, and Udham Singh Nagar.

Heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected in Himachal Pradesh, and coastal areas of Goa and Madhya Maharashtra are likely to witness torrential rainfall around July 27th.
