Weather Update: IMD Predicts Rainfall In Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal, and More States

Weather Update:  Moderate to heavy rainfall has braced the Indian subcontinent this year, making it the above-average rainfall received in 12 years. Downpours are expected to lash parts of Northern India this week as well, with the India Meteorological Department predicting heavy rainfall in many parts of North and Northeast India over the next three days.

As per IMD, Delhi-NCR is set to receive light rainfall with thunderstorms from 5 to 7 August. A heavy rain alert has been issued for several districts of Uttar Pradesh. 

Heavy rainfall has been predicted in the state of Himachal Pradesh districts like Kullu, Mandi, Sirmaur, and Shimla on 5 August.
