Weather Update: Rain Expected In Delhi-NCR, IMD Issues Red Alert For Uttarakhand, J&K And Other States

Weather Update:  The brief spell of heat will halt this week as light to moderate rain is expected in Delhi-NCR throughout the week starting from today, 22 July. The India Meteorological Department has predicted significant rainfall in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar with warnings of lightning, thunderstorms, and heavy rainfall in Madhubani, Supaul, Araria, and Kishanganj districts for the next two days. 

IMD has issued a red alert for heavy rainfall in regions of Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh. 

Torrential rain is expected in Coastal areas of Goa and Central Maharashtra from 21 to 27 July.
