Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani: Iconic reunion of YJHD cast Ranbir, Deepika, Kalki and Aditya for completing 10 Years

The most iconic movie that has made a special place in our hearts, especially the young generation that relates to it, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, directed by Ayan Mukerji, celebrated its tenth anniversary of release. The cast and crew gathered to mark the occasion. Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, Kalki Koechlin, and Aditya Roy Kapur are seen posing for pictures that resemble the movie’s poster in a collection of images posted by Ayan.

YJHD Reunion

Along with many other members of the film’s crew, the group photograph includes producer Karan Johar, designer Manish Malhotra, music composer Pritam, and actor Kunal Roy Kapur. Filmmaker Ayan Mukherji shared an instagram post with a caption, “Ayan shared the photos with the caption, “last night”. Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions’ handle also shared the photos and wrote, “Doston ke beech kabhi kuch nahi badalta, guys #10YearsOfYJHD #YehJawaaniHaiDeewani”

YJHD Sequel

While doing a virtual chat with fans, one of them asked Ranbir to name one of his films that “would make a good sequel” and he answered with Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. The ‘Brahmastra’ actor said, “I think Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani would make a good sequel. Ayan also had a very nice story, I remember, but then he went into this Brahmastra journey. But, never say never. He might make it after a couple of years.”

Narrating a potential for the sequel, Ranbir said “I think the story will be 10 years forward where Bunny, Naina, Avi and Aditi, where they are in their lives. I think it’ll be quite interesting and nice to explore those characters.”
