Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given a return gift of victory to the people of Azamgarh. Under this, CM Yogi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 50 development projects worth Rs 143 crore in Azamgarh on Thursday.
The CM said, "Remember, five years ago when the youth of Azamgarh used to go out of his district, he was forced to hide his identity because if he used to say that I have come from Azamgarh, then he would be given a hotel in the name of Azamgarh. I didn't even get a room and no one even allowed me to stay on rent in his locality. But to change this perception, Prime Minister Narendra Modi carried forward the campaign of 'Ek Bharat- Shreshtha Bharat'.
The Chief Minister said, 'You all have sent BJP candidate Dinesh Lal Yadav to the country's highest panchayat by making it victorious in the recently concluded Azamgarh Lok Sabha by-election. This has created a good impression of the people about Azamgarh and it has also increased the value of Uttar Pradesh."
CM Yogi inaugurated 31 projects and laid the foundation stone of 19 projects. CN Yogi also inaugurated a training center to make a skilled driver. Apart from this, a dam was also dedicated to save fifteen villages of Devara of Sagdi tehsil from the havoc of Ghaghra river. These dams will give permanent relief to the villagers from floods. These villages have a population of more than 50 thousand.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also reached Sangeet Academy located in Harihar village.He was given a warm welcome upon his arrival here. During this it was said that the sarangi is becoming extinct. Sarangi was played by the artist children. Which the CM liked a lot.Told that the sarangi playing is ending.It will be revived. A request was made to participate in the Lucknow Mahotsav.
